Seller says no inspection needed because it’s under warranty, should I believe that?

I found a 2019 Macan that ticks all my boxes and the price seems fair, but when I asked about getting it inspected the seller got a bit defensive and said there’s no point since it’s still under manufacturer warranty. That reasoning doesn’t sit right with me, because a warranty won’t cover accident damage or neglect that happened before I bought it. I started looking into Porsche specific inspections and found a page I could Read more about what they actually check, and it’s way more thorough than I assumed, they go through paint thickness and underbody and all sorts. Now I’m torn between pushing for an inspection and risking the seller walking away. Has anyone dealt with a seller who resisted a PPI and how did you handle it? Am I being too cautious or is this a red flag?
